摘要

A model of coupled turbulent flow, solidification and solute transport with linear electromagnetic stirring was established for continuous casting steel billet. The continuum model with modified Low Reynolds number turbulent model was adopted for flow, heat and mass transport in the strand. The magnetic flux density B was calculated through the boundary renewal method. The segregations of element C, P, S and solid shell, solute distribution of carbon in secondary cooling zone under EMS were predicted.
