摘要

This paper aims at the changes of the temperature field in the process of the high denseness pipe laminar flow accelerated cooling, the logical temperature field FEM model of the heavy plate in the process of the high denseness pipe laminar flow accelerated cooling is built in ANSYS which is the finite elements analysis software, and the temperature-drop curve and transient temperature field distributing under the various kinds of conditions is gained, the difference in temperature between the exterior and the center in the process of controlling cooling is optimized simultaneity, the maximum of the difference in temperature between the exterior and the center drops from 580℃ to 500℃, which offer the academic gist to the more improvement of the quality and the capability of the armor plate.
