Preparation of composite fluorine latex and silica sol coating

摘要

An organic-inorganic composite water-based coating was studied in this paper, based on the matrix, composed of organic macromolecule fluorine contained latex and inorganic silica sol, and relevant substance such as pigment, filling, addition agent, water and so on. Also, the factors of affecting coating were discussed and the optimal prescription was obtained. The composite coating provided with excellent properties such as resistances to staining, water, weather, chemistry, etc, and high rigidity, thus it has high practical values.
