摘要

In this paper, PLSR method was used to analysis the relation between the peel strength of fused composites and the parameters of the fabrics and interlinings. The PLSR method could process the problem about the multi-correlation data and it was more useful when the amount of sample is less than the variable. What's moire, it was the synthesis of multi-regression, principal component analysis and representative analysis methods. Peel strength was the important factor in apparel industry and the test of it was waste in time and materials so that this paper wanted to predict it by the parameters of fabrics and interlinings through PLSR method. As a result, the PLSR equation was obtained and the predicted values agreed well with the test values. Therefore, the results showed the PLSR method had a strong potential for predicting the peel strength of fabric composites.
