Safety Countermeasures of Offshore Oil Exploitation

This paper aims at analysis of offshore oil accident cases both at home and abroad, in view of drawing up safety counter-measures , and bring forward the next step oil safety development tendency. In this article, we briefly introduce the development history of offshore oil exploitation, analyze the importantly accident cases in the relatively countries in the course of offshore oil exploitation, these accidents have impacted greatly and far-reaching in the development history of offshore oil exploitation, brought huge losses, it has sucked up lessons form the accidents, and formulated congruent safety countermeasures. Among them, safety countermeasures involved the establishment of HSE control system and pertinence safety countermeasures in various phases of the offshore oil developments, it has expounded the procedures of the HSE control system and the offshore oil safety developing. Therefore, if these safety precautions should be used in the course offshore oil development, it could be effectively guard against the offshore oil accidents.
