Taking into account the kinetics general laws of electrochemical processes it is installed a correlation between processes parameters and the accumulator parameters, namely: 1. The discharge time constant of pseudo-capacity τ_n and the relationship of polarization voltage to voltage drop on active resistance U_n/U_a correspond to accumulator capacity in ampere-hours; 2. The DEL charge voltage ΔE_(DEL) characterizes the density of electrolyte; 3. The change of internal active resistance is connected with change of electrode active mass properties. Synergic account of the specified information parameters increases the reliability of storage accumulator state estimation. The offered method allows to determine parameters of accumulator battery during the service and storages, and also their manufacturing at a final forming stage.
