摘要

The pharmacokinetics process of Fe_2O_3 coated with glutamic acid (Fe_2O_3-Glu)with mean diameter of 15 ran in mice was determined after intravenous injection using isotope tracing method. This nanoparticles displayed linear pharmacokinetics. The concentration-time curve of nano-Fe_2O_3-Glu fit mainly two-compartment model. The mean t1/2α and t1/2β for the 5. 12 mg/kg dose group were 0.16 h and 71.65 h, respectively. The distribution test showed that nano-Fe_2O_3-Glu distributed widely in tissues in vivo,and the content in liver and spleen was higher than that in other tissues. It indicated that Fe_2O_3-Glu particles may permeate the barriers of blood-brain, blood-eyes and blood-sex gland, and the target tissues may be liver and spleen. Moreover, the time of peak distribution of nano-Fe_2O_3-Glu in various tissues was similar.
