Electrical Generator Unit Technical and Economic Indexes Parameter Study

This paper is dedicated to issues of efficient CHP power equipment control under rapidly fluctuating energy system operating mode. The calculation of technical and economic indicators (TEI) occupies a central place in the complex of functional tasks of the automated control system of power units. The results of TEI calculations allow to create an information base for automation of the solution of the main tasks of process control and production and economic activity of the thermal power plant (CHP): the process of technical reporting, assessment of personnel activities, operational impact on the adjustable parameters to ensure optimal efficiency of the equipment, planning the timing of cleaning of heat exchange equipment, planning the volume and timing of repair, evaluation of the quality of equipment repair. The TEI calculation includes a large number of technological parameters that are preprocessed. As a result, we can say that the dependence of the influence of deviations of input parameters on the results of TEI calculation is ambiguous. The analysis of influence of technological parameters on the result of TEI calculation is carried out. The results of input parameter impact on the example of a power unit with a capacity of 300 MW technical and economic indexes are reported in this paper.
