Power lines vulnerability of Moscow region from climatic environment factors

摘要

The article discusses the assessment of climatic environmental factors influence on the accidents occurrence on power lines, provides an overview of the regulatory framework in the field of ensuring the reliability and stability of power lines to meteorological factors, formed clusters of causes of technological violations in the Moscow region using the hierarchical clustering method and the values of the correlation coefficients between the causes of accidents and climatic factors are calculated.
