CONTINUOS TRAINING TO EXCELL IN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR NUCLEAR INDUSTRY

The paper is focused on the training protocol for personnel development created by 'Radiy' specialists. The protocol aims to facilitate the learning of new and enhancement of existing skills and to provide excellence in the process of design, manufacturing, supply and maintenance of I&C systems for nuclear industry. Personnel training is discussed in this paper as the matter of necessity for the specialists whose job it is to fully guarantee their customers safety and security of operation of the safety systems for nuclear power stations. Continuous personnel training is also discussed as the inevitable part of the company's corporate culture which is harmonized with the company's mission and its social values. It is described as the process of orienting and educating employees in the workplace in the new technologies that are used in safety critical applications which include safety systems at nuclear installations. The thoroughness of the training protocol is especially important now that the company is introducing new technology for I&C systems - technology based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays).
