IC KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT FOR REGULATORYAND EXPERT ACTIVITY

摘要

The common principles of creating and using of knowledge base for information support of safety assessment of NPP instrumentation and control systems (I&C) and their components under regulatory and expert activity are considered in the article. The objectives of creation, the structure of knowledge base and the results of its using are investigated. Knowledge base on NPP I&C has been developed in State Scientific Technical Center on Nuclear and Radiation Safety (SSTC NRS). Elaboration and using of this knowledge base allows reduce the efforts of experts and increase the quality of expert reviews. In future the knowledge base will be used for regulatory and expert activity as a part of knowledge portal of State Nuclear Regulatory Committee of Ukraine (SNRCU). Proposed common structure of SNRCU knowledge portal and some requirements to this portal are described in the paper.
