摘要

The distiller's dried grains with solubles (DDGS) and APP were coated by degradable polymeric flame retardant resorcinol di(phenyl phosphate) (RDP).The treatment effects on DDGS were analyzed.The intumescent flame retarded composites of poly(lactic acid) (PLA) with RDP-coated DDGS and RDP-coated APP were prepared.The prepared composites had good mechanical properties and the tensile strength of the composite containing 15 wt% coated DDGS and 15 wt% coated APP reached about 57 MPa.The LOI value this sample was about 32% and V-0 rating in UL-94 was attained.After burning of the composites, compact and coherent charred layer was formed and the char residues were analyzed.
