摘要

PEGylated peptide was incorporated into a biodegradable poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) microspheres. PEGylated peptide-loaded microsphere showed reduced initial burst and the release kinetics depended only on the degradation rate of the microspheres.
