The paper presents about hardware systems, software, telemetry systems on atmospheric balloon payload to observe the atmospheric profile of the tropopause layer. Tropopause (20km altitude) is the limit layer between the troposphere and the stratosphere. The hardware system includes processor, atmospheric sensors integrated (GPS, pressure, temperature, humidity, wind direction, CO2 sensor, camera for surveilance). The Tropopause balloon uses low power 433Mhz telemetry system, 100mW, 4800bps baudrate using omnidirectional antenna for 20km coverage area. It also small size because of diameter payload 15cm, length 10cm and weight 178grams. Tropopause balloon also have antenna tracker system that use directional antenna (double biquad antena) with mechanical drive for tracking position based on GPS data.
