In this paper, a high-voltage generator withseveral mA draw output currents using LTPS-TFTtechnology is proposed. The new generator can beefficiently boosted about +18V output voltages with5mA draw output currents and power efficiency isaround 84% under the conditions of +5Vpower-supply voltage and 250kHz frequency.
