摘要

In this paper,a structured interview of the Civil Service of the various indicators and their evaluation criteria as a matter element,combined with the specific data,obtained the sutra domain and controlled domain and weight coefficient and its relating degree.The matter of Civil Service interview evaluation criteria element model was built up.This model solved the sort problem of the same results in the interview.
