Empirical Study on Logistics Management Supply Chain Integration Outcome for National Agriculture Related Leading Enterprise

摘要

The supply chain management practice in key leading Chinese national firms in agricultural-dindustrialization is still at its starting and exploitation stage, in other words, it is still in the transformation from functional integration dominance stage to internal supply chain integration stage. The domestrative analysis of the structural equation model (SEM) shows: firstly, the 'supply chain integration' in leading firms can promote its improvement in the 'logistic capability'; secondly, the improvement in the 'logistic capability' of the leading firms enforces positive effects on its 'enterprise performance'; thirdly, the 'internal integration' and 'external integration' in leading firms have the positive influences on the firms' performance; thereinto, the influence from internal integration is much stronger than that from external integration. The above-mentioned empirical study also provides an important idea to the supply chain practice in Chinese agriculture related firms.
