摘要

This article is based on the Hong he Prefecture survey the situation of human resources, point out that the presence of managers and human resource management philosophy behind the lack of ethical business profitable, and making such high turn over problem. Proposed sustainable development strategies: change the concept to the modern concept of human resources to manage travel agencies; established travel agency human resource information system, strengthening standardized management; standard employment contract, staff quit the cost; increase the travel agents training inputs, training tools and content rich.
