Organic Light-emitting Devices with Double-buffer Layers

摘要

Both the luminance and the quantum efficiency of organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) have been improved by inserting double-buffer layers. Using hole-injection to smooth out in a stepwise manner, the energy level introduced by the insertion layers is an effective method of improving luminance characteristics.
