Mould Pressure Relationship for Bead Glass Production

摘要

The purpose of this research is to determine the dimensions of Bead-Glass by applying different pressure in Press Forming Process, at the same time to obtain better understandings towards rear process that is mount assembly process, consists of Bead-Glass dimension after Beading Process and Spacing status. The research found that with using pressure over 10 tonnes, bubbles will not exist, and at 18 tonnes, the spacing of colour mount tends to become the most stable condition.
