In order to comprehend the flick and image-sticking phenomenon in vertical alignment liquid crystal cells, we studied transient leakage current and capacity on the different thickness of alignment layers. We can obtain the mobility of ion from relation of leakage current with time. We can also find out the trapping ability from relation of capacity with time.
