We successfully fabricated a flexible 2' thin-film diode liquid crystal display (TFD-LCD) panel on flexible polycarbonate film substrate. The stress-relaxation (SR) layer coated on the polymer substrate prevented Ta bottom electrode from cracking. The TFD-LCD showed good electrical properties such as low threshold voltage below 1.2 MV/cm and symmetrical Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristic curve.
