摘要

Local corrosion behaviors of LY12/TA1 explosive welded composite plate after natural agingtreatment in solution containing Cl-,such as exfoliation corrosion (EXCO),intergranular corrosion andstress corrosion cracking (SCC),were studied as well as their mechanisms and correlation. The aluminumside of the composite plate is susceptible to EXCO and intergranular corrosion in the testingenvironment,which shows its corrosion resistance inferior to the LY12 aluminum alloy. By constant loadtensile test and fracture analysis,we conclude that tough rupture leads to the failure,as we find that theductile crack is the main feature in the fracture,which shows equi-axis dimple in aluminum side andshearing dimple in titanium side.
