摘要

The poly(8-hydroxyquinoline) and poly(8-hydroxyquinoline) coatings were successfully synthesized oncarbon steel by electrochemical cyclic voltammetry in Na2B4O7 neutral solution and NaOH alkalinesolution separately.The films are uniform and homogenous and show good adherent to carbon steel.Theircorrosion protection performance in an aqueous solution of 3% Nacl was investigated by potentiodynamicpolarization technique,the polarization curves show that the coatings both cause a positive shift of thecorrosition potential and reduce the corrosion rate of carbon steel. The polymers exhibited good corrosionprotecion properties.
