Cooling tower is one of the main noise sources in the blend residence of the city. In thepaper, the noise sources were analyzed, such as generator, fan, tower, water dropping etc.The low and middle frequencies noise sources were the main. The referenced treatmentswere put forward. For example, diffluence of cool and heat air current, decreasing the airresistance, taking the damp proof measure. Otherwise, other measures were advancedaiming at different distance, height and location between the tower and the noisesensitivities to lower the noises and keep the residence from the noises influence.
