摘要

It is well known that the exterior noise and noise at the operator's position ofconstruction and earth-moving machinery is formed in general by two maincomponents: the structure-born and the air-born sound. Experimental results ondetermination of structure-born sound component contribution in exterior noiseof the movable compressor and noise inside the cab of wheel loader and trackscraper are presented in the paper. The results show that the structure-bornsound plays an important role in exterior and interior noise of construction andearth-moving machinery in a wide frequency range. One should considerstructure-born sound when develop a design of noise control means.
