摘要

Low-pressure pulsed discharges in noble gases are examined with a hybrid model. The electron energy distribution function is calculated using the non-local approximation. Ion transport is described by a hydrodynamic model. The temporal evolution of the plasma in the afterglow is studied over a wide range of external parameters.
