This paper introduces the basic principles of TEC (thermoelectric cooler) temperature stability control, which can control the object stay on the same temperature with INA330, PI temperature compensation circuit and power amplifier. The TEC(thermoelectric cooler) control circuit is used to keep the environment temperature of the photodiode stable, which always needs a stable environment temperature to reduce the mistake caused by the dark current and increase the reliability of measurement. We use a G-5852 photodiode which has small dark current under −10°C, produced by HAMAMTSU. In this paper, we tested the circuit and proved that the INA330 TEC control circuit has a good stability and reliability.
