摘要

Capture CO2 by hydrate methods is new and attractive technology in recent natural gas research.The simulated flue gas containing CO2 (24.5 mol%)/CH4 by formation of semiclathrate hydrates at 2 and 5 ℃ and feed pressures ranging from 2 to 4 MPa.The effect of 0.293 mol % Tetra-n-butyl ammonium chloride(TBAC) on the hydrate temperature various,pressure various and CO2 separation efficiency was studied in a1L stirred reactor.The results showed CO2 recovery increase with the pressure went up,and 5℃temperature,3 MPa was beneficial to encage CO2 in TBAC semiclathrate hydrate.TBAC could accelerate hydrate formation,and THF or SDS was add to shorten the deduction time.CO2 could be easily enriched in the hydrate phase by two stages of hydrate separation under gentle conditions,and the methane concentration in gas phrase could reach 91.03 mol%.
