According to the problem of the human-machine interface design from metal detector, human machine interface display system of metal detector has been designed in this paper, which uses SPI communication protocol as the core. Point of this paper is the study of the communication protocol SPI between metal locator DSP and MCU. Hardware circuit and software design of the human machine interface system have been studied. In the existence of mineral, the system circuit is verified. The experiment indicates that the MCU can accurately read data which are sent from DSP by SPI protocol, meanwhile turn the data into Chinese characters, thus displaying them on the LCD screen when the DSP is running at high speed; besides, it is also proved that the system can not only detect percent of metal in the mineral, the accurateness and the anti-interference performance is also high, the result reach the expected goals.
机译:针对金属探测器的人机界面设计问题,本文设计了以SPI通信协议为核心的金属探测器人机界面显示系统。本文的重点是研究金属定位器DSP与MCU之间的通信协议SPI。研究了人机界面系统的硬件电路和软件设计。在存在矿物质的情况下,验证了系统电路。实验表明,MCU可以准确地读取通过SPI协议从DSP发送的数据,同时将数据转换为中文字符,从而在DSP高速运行时将其显示在LCD屏幕上。此外,还证明了该系统不仅可以检测矿物中金属的百分比,而且准确性和抗干扰性能也很高,结果达到了预期的目的。
