The studies of Information technology (IT) governance is one of the important part of this paper. The previous research, it concluded if the model of IT governance trust can be used to analyze IT governance at high school and it has already implemented in every school. The model is IT governance trust is developed by 4 variable independent and 5 variable dependent that consist of a readiness model (4 variables/independent variable), a usability model (3 variables/variable dependent), trust variable and IT governance variable. On the other hand, researcher had already experiment trust variable that influence the determination alignment of business strategies and IT strategies to support IT governance. By adopt the previous work; researcher tries to integrate 5 variables, namely business-IT, IT governance, user trust, user satisfaction and loyalty variable. The purpose of the research is assessing how far the user loyalty influenced by business-IT, IT governance, user satisfaction, and user trust when connected on business-IT governance alignment through interpretative and statistical analyses using SMART PLS 3.28 analyzes. The analyses result conclude that user loyalty on IT system use had influenced significantly by variable of the business-IT, IT governance, user satisfaction, and user trust of 59.2 %. It means it is significantly the model can also be used to analyze business-IT governance influence on user loyalty in other place.
