Real time performance evaluation of modified PMDC motor, BLDC motor and dual commutator PMDC machine

摘要

This paper present a novel technology for PMDC motor by adding second commutator at the same shaft for Solar PV/T Pumps. This idea opens the new methodology to run a machine i.e. generate energy while running for the torque. This machine is designed and fabricated and tested in real time conditions for various applications. A comparison amongst conventional PMDC Motor, first generation Modified PMDC Motor and Dual Commutator PMDC Motor including second generation BLDC motor has been discussed. Several combinations of modes of operations are explained for various applications.
