When we want to use hte electricla contacts we will meet so many problems and required to solve them. I wan to show some foudamental problems for contact deterioration which must be resolved when we want to use with high reliability. I will point out 3 big problems. One is how to find the good materials. The contact materials are very important. However, it is so difficult to show good materials in short time. Then, at is time, I show only some special materials to use practically and a few problems which they have. Secondary, the contacts have many big emvironment problems. Here, I want to show some problems, test results and experimentaly test results and experimentaly text methods. Third, I want to show full automatic test method which include their test results to find the reliability.
