Traceability of Power Quality Pollution in Smelting Industry Event Traceability Based on Steady State Characteristic Index

This paper describes a public access point which is connected with several smelting enterprise, occurred serious power quality violation phenomenon, which needs to install the corresponding compensation device for treatment, after a preliminary estimate needs to invest 0.45 million yuan (RMB). There are several industries in the 10kV line, which are using different kinds of melting furnaces. Testing of the public access and the melting equipment are applicated, and analyzing the indexes which are exceeding the standard is also applicated. After summarizing all the power quality indexes that exceed the standard, the paper analysis the influence of power quality pollution caused by different types of smelting furnaces, and classifies the power quality indexes and effects of different smelting furnaces used by different enterprises on the line. Finally, the power quality operation indexes of smelting furnaces used by all enterprises on the line were classified, and finally the sources of smelting furnaces with the most serious influence were determined. At the same time, the sources of equipment with different over-standard problems were confirmed, and the traceability analysis of power quality pollution sources was realized. Thus, the type of local compensation device and compensation capacity required by the production equipment of the enterprise are determined. After re-estimation, capital investment of 0.13 million yuan is required to save power quality management capital of 0.32 million yuan for the industry.
