Automatic Liquid Mixing and Filling Using PLC

摘要

The aspiration of this endeavor is to design and develop the programmable logic controller based liquid mixing and filling. This endeavor will provide high exactitude and pliability to the system and at the same time it will provide accurate volume of liquid in bottle by saving operational time. The system sequence of operation is being designed by ladder diagram. The components used in this work are programmable logic controller (PLC), proximity sensor, solenoid valves and DC Motors, which consists of three sections such as the conveyor section, filling section and mixing section. This work will be useful in paint industries and concrete industries.
