Research and Implementation of Fault Diagnosis of Seed Source Assembly Device Based on Expert System

The building of fault diagnosis expert system of seed source assembly device was on the basis of the characteristics of seed source automatic assembly device. In order to improve equipment efficiency and reduce the effect of radiation on staff, the fault diagnosis expert system realized the remote intelligent of fault diagnosis, put forward integrate expert system with fault tree technique and established fault tree model represented by the common faults of seed source assembly device. So it generated expert system knowledge base and realized fault diagnosis reasoning mechanism, the combination of the knowledge base and the reasoning mechanism overcame the difficulty of obtaining knowledge of traditional fault diagnosis expert system and improved the efficiency of fault diagnosis.
