Forewarning Management of Conflict Events in Construction Engineering Project

摘要

In order to avoid and cut down conflict events in construction engineering project,a new concept of forewarning management is proposed in the paper.On the guidance of the research achievement on randomcity of conflict events in construction engineering project,an integration ratio IR is selected as an index to identify and manage conflict events through analyzing project cost chart,schedule chart and state chart.According to the index,consta'uction engineering project states are classified into three kinds,which are normal,controllable and serious.Finally,a procedure matching with forewarning management of conflict events has also been established.
