摘要

The eddy current distribution was theoretically analysed for transverse flux induction heating (TFIH). With the results a new inductor was designed to get uniform temperature distribution. For optimal design of induction heating device, coupled field-circuit simulation procedure is presented to obtain the load impedance, the matching circuit and power supply for the TFIH process.
