Call processing model for multimedia services

摘要

o suppor ta wide range of mutlimedia services a B-ISND network capabilities should allow the distribution of servic efunctions between the customer terminals and hte network nodes.Intelligent networks (IN) can be considered as the bridging technology between the ustomer based service managemnt and the sriv execution in the netwokrs.Considering the mobile and broadband technologies it is a natural question,how the concept of intelligence wil develop.to satisfy broadband mobile and multimedia s4rvice needs IN should suport much more distributd operaitons.It wil undoubtedly lead to hte increase f the volume of singlaing messages.To carry a large number of messages IN must use enhanced call processing model instead of current Basic Call Model.In the paper a distributed call processing model for mutliedia sevices for broadband intelligent networks is proposed and argued for.
