The present paper deals with the methods of dynamic system (DS) input signal restoration by the output signals measured with errors. The suggested method is based on the DS output signal approximation as a sum of damped sinusoids within the registered interval. As a computing procedure the main principles the generalized method of Prony's exponential approximation were used. The essence of the method presents the determination of the model order and the evaluation of its parameters - amplitudes, frequencies, phases and damping coefficients. This approach conforms the principles of constructing a regularized solution, i.e. the solution stable to the samll input data changes. With the known transfer function, the restoration procedure presents selection of the input signal components and correction of their amplitudes and phases.
