摘要

During the production of Aluminum-plasticrncomposite plate, the melted material temperature is anrnimportant parameter. The quality of Aluminum-plasticrncomposite plate is greatly affected by the variety ofrntemperature. So, it is important to study how to measurernand control the temperature. In this paper, each sectionrntemperature of the material tube is gathered, at the samerntime, the measurement of 16 channels is realized throughrnPCI2003 and Labview. The temperature control can bernaccurately carried out through PLC based on the fuzzyrntheory. As a result temperature coupling is effectivelyrndecreased and energy consumption is reduced as well.
