The article introduces a IntegratedrnDesign and Process Model of complicated manufacturernbased Theory of Inventive Problem Solvingrn（TRIZ）.Through integrated Design and Process, itrnexpatiates on principles and methods of TRIZ, such asrnfunctional decomposition, confirming sub-functions,rnevaluation of sub-functions, composing evaluations. Thernarticle studies deeply integrated Design and Process ofrndefinition, description form and characteristics. Finallyrnintegrated Design and Process is applied to designingrnpill dripping machine, thus make know that it helps tornshorten cycle of manufacture design and product andrnreduce cost
