Under the open and integrated economic conditions,rnmanagement transplantation becomes one of the majorrnways for the enterprise to realize management innovationrnand to promote management efficiency. However, thernlarge amount of examples of unsuccessful managementrntransplants is the starting point of this study. On the basisrnof defining the connotation of management transplantation,rnthis paper provides an analysis of the processes andrninfluencing factors of management transplantation, andrnfinds out the obstacles that cause managementrntransplantation failures. Results show that the success ofrnmanagement transplantation is highly relevant withrnlearning abilities of the organization, that is, onlyrnmanagement transplantation based on organizationrnlearning can realize the introduction, digest and absorption,rnand innovation of the managerial knowledge. On thisrnbasis, the process model of the managementrntransplantation based on the organization learning isrnproposed and methods of organization learning matchingrnwith the different types of managerial knowledge arerninvestigated.
