A Heuristic Algorithm for Multi-Flow Mobile Data Offloading

In this paper, we studied a multi-flow mobile data offloadingproblem in which a MU has multiple applications totransmit data simultaneously with different deadlines. Alow time complexity heuristic offloading algorithm has beenproposed and extensive simulations have shown that theheuristic algorithm had comparable performance as that ofDP algorithm.
