The Difference and Integration Recommendations of Energy Statistics between China and Major Organizations

With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, international cooperation in the field of energy are increasing, China's current energy statistics system can no longer meet the need of diversified energy supply overseas and the domestic demand of implementing energy-saving and emission reduction strategies. China's energy statistics integrating with the world is imperative. In this paper, on the base of the necessity of the integration of China's energy statistics with the world's, the article analyzes the main difference of energy statistics system mode between China and IEA or OECD from the energy species classification, units of measurement, the final energy consumption, the division of energy consumption sectors and so on，and proposes some suggestions for speeding up the integration of China's energy statistics with the world's.
