Based on the supposition that enterprise and the customer are the economical rational person, and pursue effectiveness maximization under the premise, satisfied this angle from the enterprise and the customer to embark, the article studies the enterprise through to provide diverse the product and the service combination to the enterprise and customer's degree of satisfaction influence. Through the mathematical logic analysis, we obtain such conclusion: When the enterprise provides certain scope of the product and the service combination, the enterprise through provides more nimble diverse products and the service crew merge for the customer chooses independently by the customer, can together enhance the enterprise and customer's degree of satisfaction effectively, and can be able to enhance the customer to a certain extent to the enterprise product and the service loyalty. Although has not considered other factors in the article to the enterprise and customer's influence, but these do not affect the conclusion which produces.
