1.Introduction Rail transport in Russia takes the leading position in his volume,passenger and freight traffic as a result of activities of JSC " Russian Railways ".Strategy of railway transport development up to 2015 provided the programm of realization of a complex of nature protection measures,which aimed at reduction of the technogenic load on the environment and reduce the environmental risks of production activities of the enterprises sector in terms of development of technologies disintoxication of liquid oily waste and wastewater[1].
