摘要

The 3D solid modeling and virtual assembly of high-speed EMU train brake cylinder were performed using Pro/E software.The strength analysis and modal analysis of the piston of brake cylinder was performed based on finite element method.The calculation results show that the maximum stress occurs in the edge of the junction of rod and piston.The maximum stress caused by stress concentration,acquiring the fundamental mode and frequency of the piston,understanding the basic dynamic characteristics of the piston and the piston may occur in the deformation in the work process.This is not only reasonable to simplify the model,save computer resources,but also can conveniently simulate piston stress distribution in a variety of pressure,the effect is very good.It provides reference for the brake cylinder structure design.
