摘要

How to control the chum rate of customers is a problem which has been always confusing mobile operators.The paper begins with the height of enterprise strategy to utilize FNN,which is short for Fuzzy Neural Network,to build the early warning model of customer chum in mobile communication enterprise,and proposes a new concept that mobile operators should retain customers consistent with the customer chum state of enterprise so as to reduce the customer chum more efficiently.At the end of the paper,we set a subsidiary of Heilongjiang Mobile as an example and prove that the model is feasible.
机译:如何控制客户流失率一直是困扰移动运营商的难题。本文从企业战略的高度出发,利用模糊神经网络(Fuzzy Neural Network,Fuzzy Neural Network)的简称FNN,建立客户流失预警模型。移动通信企业,提出了一个新的概念,即移动运营商应保留与企业的客户流水状况相一致的客户,从而更有效地减少客户流水。本文以黑龙江省移动子公司为例。并证明该模型是可行的。
