Study on the Management of Enterprise Innovation Crisis Reduction

摘要

From a strategic perspective,analyzing the internal and external reasons for enterprise innovation crisis,highlighting the ability of crisis reduction is the key to resolve innovation crisis through the 4 R theory and the ABC rules,proposing that companies should improve continuously their own capacity and quality to deal with the innovation crisis,and must be enmeshed in the entire processes and culture of the organization to be become a real asset to them.
